Plastic Manifold Solutions

Our modular reinforced plastic manifolds remain ever popular.  Modular design, self sealing, pressure tested, and simple to install on site.  - Ideal for decentralized solution with multiple circuits. 

Unlike inferior manifolds, our manifolds are resistant to corrosion and freezing - hence they will not crack.  Such is our belief in our manifold they all come with a 3 year guarantee.

4 port manifold

The basic unit consists of:

  • 2 Filling valves (1/2")
  • OD40 long spigot (for connection to and from the heat pump)
  • Mounting brackets
  • Branch connectors complete with:

Variable flow control
Flowmeters - 8L to 32L/min
Isolation valve
Compression fittings to suit 25mm, 32mm and 40mm PE80/100.

Extras:

  • Thermometer with immersion sleeve, -20ºC to + 40ºC
  • Manometer (pressure gauge) with assembly valve, 0-6 bar
  • Auto Air Bleed Valves
  • Ball Valves
