Sterilising Fluid
GG Sterilising Fluid is a disinfectant solution specifically developed for the pre-treatment of ground and air source heat pumps before filling with our Heat Transfer Fluids.
As an active chlorine donor, the product works with similar mechanistic action as chlorine, the most widely used active ingredient in deactivating pathogens in drinking waterand swimming pool water.

The product is effective against bacteria, protozoa, fungi, bio films and viruses (micro-organisms) which may be present in water systems and capable of Pathogenesis, such as Legionella

Active within 1 hour, a system can be flushed and filled with heat transfer fluid immediately

Application:
GG Sterilising Fluid is supplied in a stable, easy to store and handle format. It is activated upon dilution in water and should be used upon activation.
Fill the system with a 1:14 dilution rate (1 part product to 14 water) Heavily Soiled Systems
On New Systems 1:150 dilution rate ( 1 part product to 150 water)
Leave solution to dwell for 30-60 minutes
Flush solution to waste and rinse system thoroughly with potable water
Dose the system with the heat transfer fluid immediately
HP Fill
Heat Collector pipes are often installed long before the system is commissioned. During this time Fungal and bacterial growth can occur. Fernox HP Fill is designed to eliminate this issue ensuring that when you add the Heat Transfer Fluid you are adding it to a sterile environment.

Product Uses
Fernox HP Fill is a concentrated biocidal additive designed to provide long term protection for ground source collectors against microbiological fouling during the period after installation and before commissioning of the heat pump. Fernox HP Fill is compatible with the Fernox HP range of Heat Transfer Fluids and all materials commonly used in Ground Source Heat Pumps.

Application and Dosage
Dilute before use with mains water using no more than 600 litres of water per 1 litre of Fernox HP Fill. Flush out the ground collector with fresh mains water before filling with diluted product. Seal and leave until ready to install and commission the heat pump.
After commissioning fill the ground collector with our Heat Transfer Fluid.

Properties
Sentinel R100 Solar Thermal Fluid is a clear blue liquid based on propylene glycol solution. It has been designed for use as a thermal fluid in solar heating equipment such as flat plate and vacuum tube collectors where it ensures highly efficient heat transfer between the solar collector and the thermal store. Sentinel R100 is also optimised to provide freeze protection of the circuit even to –25°C.
The special inhibitors contained in Sentinel R100 provide superior protection to the metals normally used in solar installations against corrosion and deposits. Sentinel R100 prevents the surfaces of heat exchangers fouling and maintains thermal efficiency. The product is especially formulated to resist thermal degradation and so extend fluid life.
The efficient thermal transfer properties and superior stability of Sentinel R100 help towards reduced cost of system operation.
