Customer Returns
Please note any goods recieved without a Returns Note or Request for Restocking Form could be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
Go Geothermal Returns Policy Terms and Conditions
- All customers must give Go Geothermal Ltd prior notification of their intension to return goods so a Request for Restocking Form can be provided.
- All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
- The Request for Restocking Form must be completed in full and returned via email for approval prior to the goods being returned.
- A copy of the completed Request for Restocking Form must be returned with the goods.
- Goods bought in especially for a project will not be restocked. (i.e. non stock items)
- Cut Pre-insulated pipe will not be restocked.
- Grout will not be restocked.
- Rauvitherm PU foamwill not be restocked.
- Pre-cut pipe lengths of pre-insulated pipe will not be re-stocked
- Collector pipe, probes and fluids will be restocked at the discretion of Go Geothermal Ltd
- All goods must be in a resalable condition. I.e. Sealed Bags and original boxes if applicable etc.
- All goods will be subject to inspection once received at Go Geothermal Ltd Stores.
- If we’re asked to collect, collections will only be done using Go Geothermal Ltd’s Pallet Distribution partner and will be charged at our normal pallet rates plus collection charge.
- All third party collections must be on a pallet, secure for transport and available for collection at a manned location for the full working day (8am – 6pm).
Please note any goods received without the Request for Restocking Form will be put into quarantine and no further action will be taken.
